If you are new to Mis Manos, please download the Emergency, Information and Immunization Record Card from the Arizona Department of Health Services by clicking on the link below. You will need to fill it out, sign and upload it with this online registration. Existing families do not have to upload the form for the fall, unless it needs to be updated.
A completed Enrollment Contract (this online registration), child’s Emergency Information and Immunization Record form (downloaded above/upload directly below), along with a $160 non-refundable
enrollment fee, are all that is needed to enroll your child. *Registration fee is non-refundable.
Students who are returning pay an annual fee of $120. Please mail your check to 100 W Magee Rd Tucson, AZ 85704, drop it off at the school office or send it through Zelle to email@example.com.
Please upload a copy of the student’s Emergency, Information and Immunization Record Card. Allowed file extensions include pdf, png, or jpg. Max file size is 5 MB.
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. The tuition is not refunded or pro-rated
due to absences caused by illness, family vacations during scheduled school days,
withdrawal/dismissal, and school holidays, closure due to Covid -19 or otherwise. Early
withdrawal does not terminate a parent’s tuition responsibilities for the month of withdrawal. All
tuition payments are due no later than the 5th of each month. A late fee of $10.00 per day will be
charged after the 5th day and up to the 15th of each month. If payment in full (including late fees)
is not received by the 15th, your child will not be able to attend school as of the 16th of that month
and will face un-enrollment by the school if payment isn’t received.
Late Pick-up Fee
For late pick-ups, a $1.00/minute fee will be charged for each minute late on
the first occurrence. A $2.00/ minute fee will be charged for the second occurrence and any
thereafter. Charges begin anew each month. The fee charged must be paid at the time of pick-up,
to the employee on staff at the time, in order for your child to attend the following day.
Please check the school calendar for the exact dates and make notes
accordingly. The school will remind parents as each closing date approaches, but please keep
your calendars posted to avoid any confusion or “surprises”.
Mis Manos Montessori School is a year-round program with summer as
an option. In registering your child, and signing the enrollment contract, you agree to pay
monthly tuition for a full school year. If a need arises and a child must leave the school, tuition is
due for the remaining portion of the contract from the date signed. If the school is able to fill your
child’s position, then the tuition obligation will be released.
