Mis Manos Montessori School is seeking a dedicated, joyful, and fully certified Primary Lead Guide to join our close‑knit community in beautiful Oro Valley. We are a small, relationship‑driven school that values respect for the child, purposeful work, and a peaceful, prepared environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a fully implemented Montessori Primary classroom for children ages 3–6
- Prepare and maintain an inspiring, orderly, developmentally aligned environment
- Observe, record, and guide each child’s progress with intention and care
- Foster strong partnerships with families through communication and collaboration
- Mentor and guide classroom assistants
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school culture rooted in Montessori principles
What We’re Looking For
- AMI, AMS, or MACTE‑accredited Primary (3–6) certification
- Experience leading a Montessori Primary classroom (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- A calm, grounded presence and genuine love for working with young children
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Commitment to Montessori philosophy, equity, and respect for the whole child
